What types of materials do you process?
We process a wide range of materials, including structural and alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, as well as various types of industrial plastics. If you have a specific request, please contact us.
In what formats can we send technical documentation?
We accept all standard formats. For 2D drawings, we prefer .PDF, .DWG, or .DXF. For 3D models, it is best to send files in .STEP format.
What are the typical batch sizes you produce?
On CNC lathes with bar feeders, we produce parts in series of 1,000–100,000 pieces. For CNC milling and conventional CNC turning, we produce batches of 200–20,000 pieces.
How soon can we expect a response to our inquiry?
After receiving the technical drawing and other data, our team proceeds to analyze the information provided. Depending on the complexity of the part and the required material, our typical RFQ response time is 2–4 days.
