CNC BAR TURNING
We perform high-volume CNC bar turning on modern CNC automatics equipped with automatic bar feeders, enabling a continuous and highly efficient production process. Machining is carried out with precise control of cutting parameters, cycle time optimization, and minimal tolerances. Thanks to process stability and repeatability, we ensure consistent quality throughout the entire series, with the possibility of integrating additional operations such as drilling, threading, and milling in a single setup.
CNC TURNING
Our specialty is CNC turning of complex and high-precision components on modern machines equipped with a Y-axis and twin spindles. This configuration allows for simultaneous multi-axis machining, a combination of turning and milling in a single setup, and a significant reduction in production time with maximum accuracy.
We have the capacity to process workpieces up to Ø300 mm in diameter, allowing us to manufacture a wide range of products – from small precision parts to larger, technically demanding components. Thanks to the twin spindle, complete machining of the workpiece is possible without the need for additional positioning, which eliminates errors and increases repeatability in serial production.
CNC MILLING
We offer CNC milling services on modern 3-axis and 4-axis machining centers, enabling precise and efficient processing of complex geometries in a single or minimal number of setups. Thanks to advanced technology and optimized processes, we ensure high accuracy, stability, and repeatability in production.
Our capacities allow for the processing of various types of components – from simpler parts to complex technical positions requiring multi-sided machining and precise positioning. The use of 4-axis centers further reduces production time and increases productivity, especially in serial production.
Quality Control
Through a system of control procedures, we monitor quality at every stage of production. This approach ensures that the final product is perfect, reliable, and fully compliant with client requirements.
The quality management system is based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
For product inspection, we use the Mitutoyo QS250 optical CNC measuring machine, the CONTUROMATIC CV-120 contour measuring system .
